Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 400 g (13 oz) pineapple, plus a small pineapple wedge to decorate
  • 200 ml (7 fl oz) coconut water
  • ice cubes

Peel and juice the pineapple. Stir the coconut water into the pineapple juice.

Pour the combined juice and coconut water into a glass over ice, decorate with a wedge of pineapple and serve immediately.
