1 small green pepper, cored, deseeded and roughly chopped

Tip the pizza base mix into a bowl and make up with warm water according to the packet instructions. Divide into 4 pieces, place on a lightly floured surface and knead briefly to produce smooth balls of dough. Roll out each ball to about a 20 cm (8 inch) circle.
Mix together the tuna, green pepper and cheese in a bowl, then divide the mixture between the 4 circles. Lightly brush the rims with a little cold water, then fold the dough over the filling and press to form a half-circle. Place the 4 half-circles on baking sheets and bake in a preheated oven, 220°C (425°F), Gas Mark 7, for 15–18 minutes until golden and cooked.
