Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • about 125 g (4 oz) papaya
  • about 100 g (3½ oz) red pepper
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2—3 ice cubes

Peel and deseed the papaya. Core and deseed the pepper. Juice the tomato with the papaya and pepper.

Transfer the juice to a food processor or blender, add a couple of ice cubes and process.

Pour the juice into a glass and serve immediately.
