Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 175 g (6 oz) red pepper
  • 175 g (6 oz) tomatoes
  • 100 g (3½ oz) white cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • lime wedge, to decorate (optional)

Core and deseed the pepper. Juice the tomatoes and cabbage with the pepper.

Pour the juice into a tall glass, stir in the parsley, decorate with a lime wedge, if liked, and serve immediately.
