Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • crushed ice
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and stoned, plus extra slices to decorate
  • 6 coconut chunks
  • 2 measures coconut cream
  • 4 measures aged rum
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons caster sugar

Put a small scoop of crushed ice with all the other ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

Transfer to 2 hurricane glasses, decorate with mango slices and serve with long straws.
