Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 1 apricot, about 60 g (2¼ oz)
  • 200 g (7 oz) raspberries, plus extra to decorate
  • 12 red grapes
  • 1 carrot, about 150 g (5 oz)

Stone the apricot. Juice all the ingredients together.

Pour the juice into a glass, decorate with a few raspberries and serve immediately.
