Ingredients
  • 1 orange
  • 50 g (2 oz) cucumber
  • 100 ml (3½ fl oz) cranberry juice
  • ice cubes
Directions

Peel the orange, leaving on as much pith as possible. Using a juicer or blender, juice the orange and cucumber until smooth.

Mix the orange and cucumber juice with the cranberry juice, then pour into a tall glass over ice. Serve with cucumber stick stirrers.
