  • 300 g (10 oz) Greek black olives
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon thyme or marjoram
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • pinch of salt

Pit the olives and place in a salad bowl.

Mix the garlic with the olives.

Add the herbs, oil and salt and mix well.

Serve well chilled.
