Sweetcorn with Herby Chilli Salt

prep 5 mins cook 5–10 mins
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 corn on the cobs, husks removed
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes
  • handful of coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder

Rub the oil all over the corn cobs, then cook under a preheated medium grill for 5–10 minutes, turning frequently, until charred all over.

Meanwhile, mix together the salt, coriander and chilli powder in a bowl until well combined.

Sprinkle a little of the chilli salt over each corn cob and serve.
