Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

Ingredients
  • 25 g (1 oz) cranberries
  • 50 g (2 oz) pomegranate seeds
  • 25 g (1 oz) kale
  • 1 beetroot, about 100 g (3½ oz)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon goji berries
  • 50 g (2 oz) strawberries
  • 500 ml (17 fl oz) hemp milk
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds, to sprinkle
Directions

Juice the cranberries with the pomegranate seeds, kale and beetroot.

Transfer the juice to a food processor or blender, add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately.
