Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 150 g (5 oz) frozen mixed summer berries, plus extra to serve (optional)
  • 300 ml (½ pint) vanilla-flavoured soya milk
  • 1 teaspoon clear honey (optional)

Put the berries, soya milk and honey, if using, in a food processor or blender and process until thick.

Pour the smoothie into 2 short glasses, decorate with berries, if liked, and serve immediately.
