Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 100 g (3½ oz) strawberries
  • 75 g (3 oz) redcurrants, plus extra to serve (optional)
  • ½ orange
  • 125 ml (4 fl oz) still water
  • ½ teaspoon clear honey (optional)
  • ice cubes

Hull the strawberries. Remove the stalks from the redcurrants and peel and segment the orange. Juice the fruit, add the water and stir in the honey, if using.

Pour the juice into a glass, add some ice cubes and decorate with extra redcurrants, if liked. To make this juice into lollies, pour into lolly moulds after stirring in the honey and freeze.
