Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 125 g (4 oz) strawberries
  • 1 small ripe mango
  • 300 ml (½ pint) orange juice

Hull the strawberries, then freeze them for 2 hours or overnight.

Peel the mango, remove the stone and roughly chop the flesh. Process the mango, frozen strawberries and orange juice in a food processor or blender until thick.

Pour the mixture into lolly moulds and freeze until set.
