Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

Ingredients
  • 250 g (8 oz) carrot
  • 125 g (4 oz) beetroot
  • 1 orange
  • 125 g (4 oz) strawberries, plus extra to serve (optional)
  • ice cubes
Directions

Juice the carrot, beetroot and orange.

Hull the strawberries. Put the carrot, beetroot and orange juice in a food processor or blender, add the strawberries and a few ice cubes and process until smooth.

Pour the juice into a large glass, decorate with a strawberry, if liked, and serve immediately.
