Put the milk and cream in a pan. Remove the vanilla seeds from the pod using the back of a teaspoon and place the pod and seeds in the pan with the milk and cream. Bring to the boil, stirring. Once boiling point has been reached, remove from the heat and allow to cool completely.
Place the strawberries in a food processor and whiz until smooth. Add the cooled vanilla milk and whiz again until pink. Pour into chilled glasses and serve with straws.
