Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 100 g (3½ oz) fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 200 ml (7 fl oz) soya milk
  • 2 kiwifruit
  • ice cubes (optional)
  • 25 g (1 oz) flaked almonds, to decorate (optional)

Hull the strawberries. Put them into a food processor or blender with the soya milk and kiwifruit and process briefly. If you are using fresh rather than frozen strawberries add a few ice cubes, if using, and process until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a glass, decorate with flaked almonds, if liked, and serve immediately
