Ingredients
  • 50 g (2 oz) baby spinach leaves
  • 1 celery stick
  • 1 x 400 g (13 oz) can white kidney beans, drained
  • salt and pepper
  • vegetable crudités, to serve
Directions

Juice the spinach with the celery.

Pour the juice into a food processor or blender, add the kidney beans and process until smooth. Season to taste and serve with vegetable crudités.
