Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 1 large beetroot, about 175 g (6 oz)
  • 15 g (½ oz) coriander leaves
  • 2 celery sticks
  • large pinch of ground turmeric
  • pepper

Juice the beetroot with the coriander and celery. Whisk in the ground turmeric. Season the juice to taste with pepper.

Pour the juice into a glass and serve immediately.
