Place the dried fruits in a saucepan with the orange juice and spices and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 25–30 minutes until the fruits are plump and tender and the liquid syrupy.
Check the liquid occasionally during cooking, adding a little water if necessary. Taste the liquid and add a little sugar if required. Remove the spices.
Spoon into 4 bowls and serve with spoonfuls of fat-free Greek yogurt sprinkled with a little ground cinnamon, if liked.
