Slippery Snake

  • 185 g (6 1/2 oz) can tuna, drained
  • 125 g (4 oz) soft cheese
  • 200 g (7 oz) can sweetcorn, drained
  • 4 bagels, halved
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 black grape, halved
  • 1 strip of cucumber skin, cut into a forked tongue
  • Mix together the tuna, soft cheese and sweetcorn.
  • Cut each bagel half in half again to make 8 semi-circles and arrange them end to end on a board to resemble a curly snake.
  • Spread the tuna mixture on the bagels and arrange the cherry tomatoes, cut side down, along the length. Place the grape halves at one end for eyes, and finish with the cucumber forked tongue.
