Simple Fresh Fruit Kebabs

  • 4 fresh apricots, halved and stoned
  • 4 fresh figs, quartered
  • 1/2 galia melon, peeled, deseeded and cubed
  • thick wedge of watermelon, peeled, deseeded and cubed
  • small bunch of mint leaves
  • 2 limes, quartered
  • icing sugar, for dusting
  • Thread the fruit onto 8 metal skewers, sticks or twigs, alternating with the mint leaves and finishing with the lime quarters.
  • Dust the fruit with icing sugar and serve, squeezing the lime over the fruit before eating.
