Soak the noodles in boiling water according to the pack instructions. Drain well.
Meanwhile heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the onion, garlic, ginger and chilli and fry for 1–2 minutes until softened.
Add the tomatoes and prawns and cook for 2–3 minutes or until the prawns are cooked through and piping hot.
Stir in the crab meat and parsley, combine with the noodles and serve immediately.
