Ingredients
  • ½ celery stick
  • 30 g (1¼ oz) spinach
  • 20 g (¾ oz) rocket
  • 50 g (2 oz) macadamia nuts
  • ½ garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
  • 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • toasted pitta bread, to serve
Directions

Juice the celery with the spinach.

Transfer the juice to a food processor or blender, add the rocket, macadamia nuts, garlic and Parmesan and process until smooth, gradually adding the olive oil until you have the consistency you prefer. Season to taste and serve with toasted pitta bread.
