100 g (3 1/2 oz) feta or goats' cheese, to serve (optional)
Place the pepper halves, cut side up, in a roasting tin and divide the vegetables and garlic between them.
Sprinkle with the oil and cumin seeds and season with salt and pepper. Place in a preheated oven, 190°C (375°F), Gas Mark 5, for 25 minutes until tender. Sprinkle with feta or goats' cheese, to serve, if liked.
