Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 2 red peppers, about 350 g (11½ oz) in total
  • 1 lime, plus extra to decorate
  • ½ cucumber, about 175 g (6 oz)
  • 100 g (3½ oz) broccoli
  • ice cubes

Core and deseed the peppers. Roughly peel the lime. Juice together with the cucumber and broccoli.

Pour the juice into a glass over ice, add slices of lime and serve immediately.
