Special Diet

  • 300 g (10 oz) raspberries, roughly chopped
  • 4 shortbread fingers, roughly crushed
  • 400 g (13 oz) low-fat fromage frais
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar or artificial sweetener

Reserving a few raspberries for decoration, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Spoon into 4 serving dishes.

Serve immediately, decorated with the reserved raspberries.
