Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 150 g (5 oz) grapefruit
  • 175 g (6 oz) pineapple
  • 50 g (2 oz) kiwifruit
  • 50 g (2 oz) frozen raspberries, plus extra to serve (optional)
  • 50 g (2 oz) frozen cranberries

Peel and segment the grapefruit. Remove the skin and core from the pineapple. Juice the kiwifruit with the grapefruit and pineapple.

Transfer the juice to a food processor or blender, add the frozen berries and process until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into a glass, decorate with raspberries, if liked, and serve with a straw.
