Quick Artichoke and Salami Pizzas

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 400 g (13 oz) passata
  • 250 g (8 oz) salami, sliced
  • 400 g (13 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
  • 6 sliced spring onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 225 g (7 1/2 oz) mozzarella, grated
  • Place the tortillas on 2 baking sheets and warm in a preheated oven, 220°C (425°F), Gas Mark 7, for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and spread each tortilla with passata and then top each one with some salami, sliced artichoke hearts, spring onions, oregano and mozzarella.
  • Bake the pizzas for a further 3–5 minutes, until the tortilla edges are lightly browned and the mozzarella has melted.
