Mix the pizza base according to the pack instructions and knead for 3 minutes. Roll out the dough into an oval shape, about 25 cm (10 inches) long and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Spread over the tomato sauce and leave to rise for 5–10 minutes. Arrange the halved tomatoes, chilli, mozzarella, olives and capers on top. Drizzle over the oil.
Bake in a preheated oven, 220°C (425°F), Gas Mark 7, for 15 minutes until the pizza is crisp. Top with the rocket leaves before serving.
