Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

Ingredients
  • 2 cm (¾ inch) piece fresh root ginger
  • 100 g (3½ oz) red cabbage
  • 1 celery stick
  • 1 apple, about 100 g (3½ oz)
  • 12 red grapes
  • ice cubes
Directions

Peel the ginger. Juice together the peeled ginger, cabbage, celery, apple and grapes.

Pour the juice into a glass over ice and serve immediately.
