Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 25 g (1 oz) ready-to-eat prunes
  • 250 g (8 oz) pear, plus extra to serve (optional)
  • 125 g (4 oz) spinach
  • ice cubes (optional)

Remove the stones from the prunes if necessary. Juice the pears and spinach with the prunes.

Pour the juice into a glass over ice, if using, decorate with slices of pear, if liked, and serve immediately.
