Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 65 g (2½ oz) ready-to-eat prunes
  • pinch of ground cinnamon, plus extra to serve
  • 350 ml (12 fl oz) apple juice
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • ice cubes

Roughly chop the prunes. Put the prunes and cinnamon in a large bowl, pour over the apple juice, cover and leave to stand overnight.

Put the prunes, apple juice and yogurt in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into a large glass over ice cubes, sprinkle with extra cinnamon and drink immediately.
