Prune and Banana Crunch

  • 2 firm, ripe bananas, diced
  • 350 g (11 1/2 oz) ready-to-eat stoned prunes
  • 2 teaspoons clear honey (optional)
  • 500 g (1 lb) fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 75 g (3 oz) cornflakes or crunchy cereal flakes
  • Combine the bananas, prunes, honey and yogurt in a large bowl.
  • Spoon into attractive glass bowls and top with the cornflakes or crunch cereal flakes. Serve immediately with glasses of apple juice, if liked.
