Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 1 orange, about 200 g (7 oz)
  • 1 mango, about 200 g (7 oz)
  • 200 g (7 oz) kefir
  • 150 g (5 oz) blueberries

Roughly peel and then juice the orange. Peel and stone the mango.

Transfer the orange juice and mango to a food processor or blender, add the kefir and blueberries and process until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
