Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 1 lemon
  • 2 pomegranates, about 500 g (1 lb) in total
  • 200 g (7 oz) blueberries

Roughly peel the lemon. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate by cutting the fruit in half, then holding the halved fruit over a bowl and hitting the skin with a wooden spoon so that the seeds fall into the bowl. Juice all the ingredients together.

Pour the juice into a glass and serve immediately.
