Place the pizza bases on a baking sheet and spread the pizza topping over each one, leaving a small border around the edge.
Place 2 slices of salami or pepperoni on each pizza for eyes, sprinkle with a little mozzarella and place a black olive half in the centre of each one. Add half a cherry tomato for the nose and a strip of green pepper for the mouth.
Place the red pepper slices at the top for ears, then sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella for hair.
Bake in a preheated oven, 200°C (400°F), Gas Mark 6, for 10–15 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
