Pistachio and Orange-blossom Oranges

  • 4 large oranges
  • 2–3 teaspoons orange-blossom water
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons pistachio nuts, roughly chopped
  • Using a sharp knife, slice the top and bottom off the oranges, then remove the skin and pith. Slice each orange into 6 rounds, reserving the juice.
  • Mix together the reserved juice, orange slices, orange- blossom water, to taste, and icing sugar in a bowl.
  • Divide the orange slices between 4 bowls, then drizzle the juice over each and sprinkle with the pistachios.
