Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

Ingredients
  • 1 red pepper, about 175 g (6 oz)
  • 1 beetroot, about 125 g (4 oz)
  • 2 carrots, about 300 g (10 oz) in total
  • ½ lemon
  • 50 g (2 oz) watercress
  • ice cubes
  • pepper, to sprinkle
Directions

Core and deseed the red pepper. Juice together with the beetroot, carrots, lemon and watercress.

Pour the juice into a glass over ice, sprinkle with black pepper and serve immediately.
