Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

Ingredients
  • 200 g (7 oz) fresh pineapple or canned pineapple in its own juices
  • ½ lemon
  • 2 pears
  • ice cubes
Directions

Peel and core the fresh pineapple and cut the flesh into pieces. If using canned pineapple, drain and discard the juice. Juice the lemon with the pineapple and pears.

Pour the juice into a glass over ice and serve immediately.
