Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • ½ lime
  • 150g (5 oz) banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 300 ml (½ pint) almond milk
  • grated nutmeg, to sprinkle

Roughly peel and then juice the lime. Peel the banana.

Transfer the lime juice and banana to a food processor or blender, add the peanut butter and almond milk and process until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses, sprinkle with a large pinch of nutmeg and serve immediately.
