Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 1 large peach
  • 150 ml (¼ pint) natural yogurt
  • 50 ml (2 fl oz) milk
  • raspberries, to decorate

Skin the peach, remove the stone and roughly chop the flesh. Put the peach, yogurt and milk in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into a glass, decorate with raspberries and serve immediately.
