Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 200 g (7 oz) peaches, canned in natural juice
  • 75 ml (3 fl oz) peach- or apricot-flavoured yogurt, plus extra to serve
  • 100 ml (3½ fl oz) orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon clear honey (optional)
  • ice cubes (optional)

Drain the peaches and discard the juice.

Put the peaches into a food processor or blender with the yogurt, orange juice and honey, if using, and process until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into a glass over ice, if using, top with a swirl of any remaining yogurt and serve immediately.
