Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 250 g (8 oz) peach
  • 2.5 cm (1 inch) piece fresh root ginger, roughly chopped
  • ice cubes
  • sparkling mineral water
  • mint leaves, to serve

Halve the peaches and remove the stones. Peel and roughly chop the ginger. Juice the peach with the ginger.

Pour the juice into a tall glass over ice, add a splash of sparkling mineral water and a couple of mint leaves and serve immediately.
