Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water according to the pack instructions until al dente.
Meanwhile, heat the wine in a saucepan until boiling, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir through the cream, season and leave to bubble for a couple of minutes.
Drain the pasta, reserving a little of the cooking water, and return to the pan. Stir through the sauce, adding a little cooking water to loosen if needed. Toss through the remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
