Pasta, Crab & Rocket Salad

prep 5 mins, plus cooling cook 10 mins
  • 50 g (2 oz) dried pasta, such as rigatoni
  • grated rind and juice of ½ lime
  • 2 tablespoons crème fraîche
  • 85 g (3¼ oz) can crab meat, drained
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • handful of rocket

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and leave to cool.

Mix together the lime rind and juice, crème fraîche and crab meat in a large bowl. Add the cooled pasta and mix again.

Add the tomatoes to the bowl with the rocket, toss everything together and serve.
