Passionfruit and Mango Mess

Ingredients
  • 300 ml (1/2 pint) double cream
  • 2–3 tablespoons icing sugar
  • 4 meringue nests, crushed
  • 1 mango, peeled and sliced
  • 1 passionfruit, halved
Directions
  • Whisk the cream with the icing sugar until it just holds its shape. Gently stir in the meringue, most of the mango and a little of the passionfruit pulp. Spoon into glasses and top with the remaining fruit.
