Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 175 g (6 oz) green pepper
  • 100 g (3½ oz) watercress
  • 175 g (6 oz) cucumber
  • 175 g (6 oz) parsnip
  • ice cubes
  • chopped mint, to decorate

Core and deseed the pepper. Juice the watercress and cucumber with the parsnip and peppers.

Pour the juice into a tall glass over ice, decorate with a sprinkling of mint and serve immediately.
