Paprika & Caper Cauliflower

  • 1 head of cauliflower, broken into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon hot smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons capers, drained
  • salt and pepper

Toss together the cauliflower, oil and paprika in a bowl, then season. Place in a shallow baking dish and roast in a preheated oven, 220°C (425°F), Gas Mark 7, for 20 minutes, shaking the dish occasionally during cooking.

Scatter over the capers, return to the oven and cook for a further 5 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and charred.
