Smoothie, Cocktail and Juice

  • 125 g (4 oz) strawberries
  • 1 small ripe mango
  • 300 ml (½ pint) orange juice
  • orange slices, to decorate (optional)

Hull the strawberries, put them in a freezer container and freeze for 2 hours or overnight.

Peel the mango, remove the stone, roughly chop the flesh and put it in a food processor or blender with the strawberries and orange juice and process until thick.

Pour the smoothie into a tall glass, decorate with slices of orange, if liked, and serve immediately.
