Orange Blossom and Cinnamon Orange Salad

  • 5–6 ripe oranges
  • 2 tablespoons orange blossom water
  • 2 teaspoons icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Using a sharp knife, remove the peel and pith from the oranges. Place the oranges on a plate to catch the juice and thinly slice, removing any seeds. Arrange the orange slices in a serving dish.
  • Tip the orange juice into a bowl and stir in the orange blossom water. Pour the juice over the oranges, dust with icing sugar and sprinkle over the cinnamon. Serve immediately.
